That is unbelievable that the official website of libjpeg is not visitable now (April 8,2008). Just then I wanted to use this source code. Well, I searched it around google over 1 hour and finally I got it (most are for Linux).

And now I give a link for helping others can download libjpeg source package locally. Hoping others won’t be fucked up like me.
